PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Characterized by its artistic design, the Cicero 1 project imitates the local architecture of its neighborhood landscape while importantly stretching the standards through its innovative design. Cicero 1 is built with careful attention to detail from the land that was chosen to the approaching development in the surrounding area; from the materials used to the workmanship and labor.
Cicero 1 consists of two main distinctions: commercial and residential. The ground floor is dedicated to a commercial space for new businesses looking to enter into the developing area. The remaining three levels are designated as residential spaces. Each floor is representative of an individual unit. These immaculate living spaces are fitted for comfort while maintaining high standards of design and functionality. Accompanied by parking spaces in the back, the Cicero 1 project is a multifunctional building that serves the community by providing living spaces paired with creative businesses to transform the neighborhood.
