PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Cicero 2 project takes the standard elements of the Cicero 1 project and expands upon it. The architecture is consistent between the two buildings, utilizing the same standard of design and artistic reputability. Cicero 2 champions the intentionality of sourcing high quality materials, implementing a consistent process, and executing with skilled craftsmanship.
The Cicero 2 project is split between residential and commercial spaces. This project capitalizes on a larger area of land by incorporating more residential spaces in its upper levels. The ground floor serves as a commercial space for businesses looking to expand and grow their influence in the surrounding area. The ground floor also contains two residential units in addition to the commercial space. The subsequent floors above mirror one another, each containing five residential units. These units all equally maintain the same level of meticulous detail, artistic excellence, and consistent functionality.
