GRACE STREET
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Grace Street Project truly mixes modern, standard practices with the history weathered
structure that stands there today. The structural beams, sourced and implemented from the centers
of oak trees over 200 years ago, stabilize the building. These beams support the building while also
serving as branching off points for a more modern design and standardized construction approach.
This project is a four unit building split between each individual floor; one basement unit and
three succeeding units above. Using careful attention to HVAC standards, an updated foundation,
and refurbished brick this structure highlights our calculated approach implimented to perfection.
Aesthetically, the Grace Street Project masterfully incorporates repurposed materials from the
previous structure while improving upon the artistic complexity already present.
